Functions and Features

　　This machine adopts a vertical circulating working method to complete the slurry molding process of the blank, with:

1. Automatic slurry injection function, the slurry injection speed is divided into fast, slow speed, laser ranging, the injection volume is precisely adjustable, and the injection head can be individually controlled and adjusted.

2. Automatic pipeline cleaning function to ensure pipeline patency and cleanliness.

3. Automatic slurry pouring function, pouring twice, thorough pouring, pouring angle and pouring time are adjustable.

4. Automatic temperature control function, the circulating return air temperature can be set arbitrarily in the range of room temperature ~ 60 ℃.

5. Realize multi-point automatic control, overcurrent/phase failure protection and automatic prompt function.

6. It has functions such as automatic protection alarm for insufficient gas and leakage, and pouring failure protection.

7. Cooperating with the design of the hot air system, reasonably allocating the demolding and mold drying operation time to improve production efficiency.

8. The overall structure adopts a modular design, which facilitates equipment installation and daily maintenance.
