Functions and Features

　　The exterior glaze uses a six-station blank upper/lower clamping system to achieve exterior glaze dipping, blank placement, exterior glaze hot air drying, and a twice-repeated bottom glaze wiping process. It features:

1. Automatic clamping function. The exterior glaze uses a bottom-supporting clamping method, adaptable to high-strength bisque blanks in twice-fired processes, and also to low-strength greenware in once-fired processes.

2. Automatic exterior glaze dipping function. Servo control is used for precise bottle mouth positioning and glaze application.

3. Twice-repeated foot wiping control for cleaner bottle foot glaze. The machine is also equipped with glaze circulation, glaze mixing, and automatic jig cleaning functions.

4. Blank drying line. After the interior glaze is completed, a ten-meter drying line reduces excess moisture on the blank, improving the strength of the blank for exterior glazing.

5. Remote network control solves problems such as rapid fault diagnosis and troubleshooting in after-sales service.

6. The machine uses a modular design, making installation, debugging, operation, and maintenance simple, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, labor-saving, and cost-effective.
