CHN-TH600 decal loop line

This machine's standard model adopts a three-layer circulating work method using a heavy-duty high-speed chain and tooling plates. Products awaiting decal application circulate on the third (top) layer, the second layer transports products after decal application, and the second layer transports the products to the baking oven or storage. The first layer is for empty tooling plate recovery, forming a cycle with the second layer to complete the transportation and turnover of all products in the decal application process, reducing labor intensity and product handling losses.

　　This standard model uses a three-layer circulating work method with a heavy-duty high-speed chain and tooling plate. The product to be decorated circulates on the third layer (top layer), the second layer is for transporting products after decoration, and the decorated products are transported from the second layer to the decorating kiln or storage. The first layer is for the recovery of empty tooling plates, forming a cycle with the second layer to complete the transportation and turnover of all products in the decorating process, reducing labor intensity, product handling losses, etc., with:

1. The circular conveyor uses a combination of high-speed chain and power roller to form a rectangular loop, which is simple, stable and reliable.

2. The finished product layer and the return plate layer form an upper/lower three-dimensional cycle, and the head and tail use a lift/lowering mechanism to complete the automatic turnover of the tooling plates.

3. Various conveying methods can be customized according to customer requirements.

4. This machine adopts a modular design, making installation, debugging, operation and maintenance simple, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, labor-saving, and cost-effective.

5. The application of remote network control of the equipment solves problems such as rapid fault diagnosis and troubleshooting after sales.
